MCPHS University Welcome Weekend 2018

Dear Incoming Class of 2018,

Welcome to MCPHS University! It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in Welcome Weekend 2018 at MCPHS University scheduled from Friday, August 31st-Sunday, September 2nd.

As an incoming student, the Center for Campus Life would like to start your experience at MCPHS University the right way by making it as fun and memorable as possible. During Welcome Weekend, we are offering a series of events to provide an opportunity for students to meet new people and enjoy the city of Boston.

Below you will find a list of the Welcome Weekend events along with information about the events such as important dates and prices. You must purchase tickets to any of the following events which can be paid by either credit or debit card.

Please note, any walking tours in which less than 10 tickets are sold will be canceled. There are no refunds once you purchase a ticket. No outside guests allowed as these are MCPHS-Boston events only. This is a reminder that Welcome Weekend is a MCPHS University hosted event; as such, the Code of Conduct does apply. MCPHS University expects its students to act in a mature and responsible manner.

Please know that due to time constraints, students will not be able to attend some of the activities on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as they are scheduled for the same time. Please plan accordingly.

Ticket sales for Welcome Weekend begins on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 9pm and will end on August 30, 2018 at 4:00pm. Tickets are first come, first serve.

Students who are planning on attending any off-campus trips during Welcome Weekend must sign a MCPHS University waiver. Waivers will be available for students from the group leaders of each individual trip. Upon checking in for your event, you will be required to sign the waiver and return it to the group leader before you are allowed to depart for the event.
